Cooking workshop
Starting from ready-made sheets of lasagna (you can buy them or you can make them yourself first), we carry out the recipe step by step and you will learn the secrets of making a delicious dish!
We will talk about the traditional recipe but we will experiment with the infinite possible variations using local and seasonal products.
Italian lesson
The workshop is in Italian and we would like to reproduce online the atmosphere of an Italian kitchen where people cook together, drink a glass of wine, chitchat, and share moments together in a relaxed atmosphere.
You’ll be involved in conversation activities and of course, you’ll be immersing yourself in the cooking vocabulary and in the love for cooking. With quizzes and fun activities, you will discover more about the dish we make and about the cultural aspects of Italy.
This workshop is suitable for you if:

We will send you an email with the ingredients and tools you need for the workshop: they are only a few ingredients, cheap and easy to get; the main tool is your hands and for the rest, we will tell you how to use what you already have in your house.
Your Teachers
You will be learning Italian with Nomad Teacher Giovanna, qualified and experienced language teacher, and native Italian speaker.
You’ll be making pasta with Chiara Dellerba, artist and curator, and native Italian speaker.
